Account Executive

Affise is looking for an ambitious and self-driven Account Executive to help us expand our business into the Russian and CIS market. This role is perfect for an energetic and competitive professional with an entrepreneurial attitude who is eager to work independently, grow our customer base, and improve sales strategy. Experience in the MarTech industry is required.

We offer a remote full-time permanent job in a distributed team. Even though our Sales team is located in different countries, we are communicating all the time so that you won’t feel lonely!:) The role is based in Moscow and reports to the Head of Sales Pod located in Berlin.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect and develop new sales opportunities through lead qualification, cold calling, networking and social media;
  • Set up meetings/zoom calls with potential clients;
  • Schedule demo calls and present our solution to potential clients;
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences when needed;
  • Follow and achieve individual sales goals on a quarterly and yearly basis;
  • Monitor and report on own sales performance analytics weekly, monthly, quarterly;
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches;
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities);
  • Identify potential issues and communicate to the team when needed;
  • Negotiate contracts and handle the paperwork.

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education;
  • From 2 to 4 years of Sales experience, from cold calling to closing;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams;
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Previous experience working with CRM Softwares (Hubspot is a plus);
  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to win;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams;
  • Experience with SaaS or Adtech is a big plus;
  • Fluent in English. Another language is also a big plus.
