How easy it will be to migrate from another tracking platform?
Pretty easy! We have a dedicated for this purpose tool, CPAPI. It promptly synchronizes with
advertisers and pulls any amount of data from them into our tracking system. So if you’d
like to switch to Affise, it will be a smooth process. Contact
us to discuss the details.
Will my tracking stop after I reach the monthly limit?
No. After you reach your limit, all your actions will still be tracked, but you’ll have to
pay for the events, that are not covered by your plan. You will be charged according to the
stipulation in your pricing plan.
Can I customize my plan?
Yes. You are free to choose how to customize your platform. If you’d like to modify certain
parameters or add extra features, please contact us.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. If you choose to downgrade your plan,
keep in mind that this action may implicate losing access to some of the features. Our CS
team will always help with account settings.
Can I unsubscribe when I want?
You can unsubscribe anytime. Should you decide to unsubscribe in the middle of a billing
cycle, you will still be able to work on a platform until the end of the cycle. We won’t
charge you for the next month.
How can I pay for my plan?
We accept all major forms of payment — PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express,
