Technical Support Specialist

Affise (Performance Marketing Software) is a technological product company. We develop highload SaaS-services in the traffic analysis sphere. Affise is a SaaS Marketing Platform for advertisers, agencies, and networks to manage, track, analyze and optimize their online advertising campaigns in real-time.

We are looking for a promising Technical Support Specialist to join our Affise China team. You will be responsible for technical support to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our customers regarding the platform;
  • Resolve user related problems by providing guidance and expertise;
  • Desire to study and improve your skills;
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution step;
  • Participation in providing training to customers as required.

Requirements:

  • Support target group – China region. Native-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese and business-level fluency in English are required.
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills;
  • Experience in support or account management;
  • Experience or some knowledge in SaaS and digital marketing.
