Onboarding specialist (Minsk/Vilnius/Remote)

If I say that Affise is a young and ambitious AdTech company, it seems to me that only a few people understand what it’s about :). I’ll try to explain.

First of all, Affise is a team. We all spend a significant part of our life at work, so we really want to surround ourselves with people who understand us and share our interests. This means that our product helps to automate the process and traffic (views, clicks, conversions, etc.).

In Affise, we decided that onboarding is Customer Success. If we look through the whole customer acquisition process we’ll see that a really crucial thing is how we take care of and onboard new clients. In the end, it depends on whether the client will prefer us or not when the trial period of work with the product ends.

What you will need to do:

  • onboard new customers – show how the platform works, answer their tricky questions;
  • verify trial clients – this means confirming that the client is working / not working with the platform, and in the case when the client does not use the product, find out the reasons;
  • collect feedback about the pains and joys of using the platform;
  • and of course, be a partial sales manager and sell our technological advantages.

Summarizing, be a friend, an assistant, an adviser for new customers 🙂

We don’t want to write a long read about requirements for a candidate, the most important things are excellent oral and written English, your understanding the meaning of such words as CPA / CPI, traffic, affiliates, offers, and finally the word “no” is excluded from your dictionary.

A reasonable question arises: “What will I get for all this?”
