Right now we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Minsk or Remotely anywhere from CIS. The SDR will be responsible to support our expansion within E-commerce, App and Software Developers clients.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect and develop new sales opportunities through lead qualification, cold calling, networking, and social media;
  • Responsible for the Inbounds coming from the Chatbots in their respective region;
  • Product and market research;
  • Data and customer analysis;
  • Preparing call scripts;
  • Identifying solutions to customer pain points;
  • Crafting a unique selling proposition;
  • Managing deal qualification;
  • Set up meetings/zoom calls with potential clients and Coordinate with the Account Executive;
  • Engage actively with Affise Product, Sales, and Client Success functional team members to offer insights into local needs and trends;
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences when needed;
  • Follow and achieve individual goals on a quarterly and yearly basis;
  • Monitor his/her leads and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly;
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches;
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities);
  • Identify potential issues and communicate to the team when needed.



  • BA/BS degree or similar university education;
  • From 1 year of Sales experience;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams;
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Previous experience working with CRM Software (experience with Hubspot is a plus);
  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to win;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams;
  • Experience with SaaS or Adtech is a big plus;
  • Fluent in Russian and English. Another language is also a big plus!
