Affise is looking for an exceptional and self-starter Business Analyst


What will you do in this role?

  • Defining and engaging with Business and Technology stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Developing detailed requirements specifications to ensure clarity of product scope.
  • Ensuring requirements are refined and understood by all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the delivery and development of the product/service based and maintain the resolution the product provides to its end users.
  • Using methodologies for analyzing and collecting requirements (organization of the process for collecting requirements) and the principles of product regression analysis.
  • Prompt change requests for product description change.
  • Make backlog is timely prepared for the Development Team.
  • Describing functional and non-functional requirements- Immersion in technical architecture and awareness of technical limitations.
  • UX\UI prototyping.
  • UML / BPMN.
  • Run UAT (user acceptance testing) of the product change.


What you’ll need?

  • 1+ years experience in Business Analysis/SCRUM.
  • Proficiency with Product Backlog management tools such as Jira or similar.
  • Upper Intermediate English.
  • Understanding of the UML / BPMN basics.
  • Understanding of general principles of building modern web applications, microservices.
  • UX\UI prototyping experience (Figma or simillar).
  • Run UAT (user acceptance testing) of the product change.
  • SOA design methodology.
  • Data Model design.
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environments as a part of distributed teams.
  • Ability to work with competing priorities and to work unsupervised.
